Now one word of caution: people who advise on international commerce often overblow the purely technical, legal, formalities sides of it. They tend to forget that like any other exchange activity, trade, whether domestic or international, is essentially a matter of communication, if only because marketing is, or should be, at the very heart of all commercial activities.
